Creative Director (ART)

Mower is a fiercely independent full-service advertising, marketing and public relations firm with more than 12 locations across the United States. We are currently seeking a Creative Director who will oversee all production processes and high-level principles of production. This individual must ensure the quality of production reflects the highest standards for creative excellence across all mediums, including broadcast/video, experiential, digital, and print. As a Creative Director, you’ll lead accounts, projects, and teams with the poise a grace of a seasoned professional. You’ll also be able to inform on design trends, new technologies, cultural issues, business strategy, and more—all the while, crafting smart, award-winning work for a range of B2B and B2C clients. Essential Duties & Responsibilities - Other duties may be assigned.Design and art direct work that inspires othersBecome the creative voice for your accounts—and teamsDevelop trusted relationships with your clientsAssign creative teams best suited for each project based on ability and workloadReview creative briefs that provide strategic insight and creative inspirationPartner with ACD copywriter to create solutions that are strategically relevantLead concept presentations, internally and externallyProvide written and face-to-face feedback for annual performance reviewsWork closely with the production dept. to ensure executionManage multiple projects, teams, and timelinesContribute to new business pitches Educational Requirements & Qualifications -12+ years of advertising agency experience5+ years of experience managing a team of five or more creativesBachelor’s Degree that supports and informs your given craftA portfolio that clearly demonstrates conceptual skills and craftA high-level of production expertise, including photography, video, and televisionAbility to manage budgets, timelines, and deliverablesA proven track record of creative judgement and successful client contactExceptional communication and presentation skills Salary Range: $103,000 - $158,000 annually*Salary differential is based on seniority, merit, education, training and experience
