Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Project Marketing Manager to join our client’s team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading transformation and change management initiatives within the marketing organization. You will play a crucial role in identifying and coordinating stakeholders across various projects, products, and strategic initiatives.Responsibilities:

Develop and implement change management strategies and plansConduct change management assessments to identify areas of improvementCreate comprehensive change roadmapsIdentify organizational champions to drive adoption of changesAssess the readiness of the organization for changeLead training efforts to ensure smooth transitionsDevelop detailed project artifactsMaintain a holistic understanding of the project while paying attention to detailsDrive faster adoption and minimize resistance to changeMonitor progress, track issues, and report updates to management as necessaryProvide support and coaching during transitional periodsCollect and analyze data through various methods such as interviews, surveys, and focus groups to understand organizational culture, success factors, and barriersAddress anticipated resistance by building plans that promote adoptionFacilitate conflict resolution when necessaryRequired Experience & Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Transformation/ Change ManagementStrong experience in Marketing Ops or onboarding new tools spaceProven ability in creating project vision/scope documentation, managing budgets, and guiding deliverable reviewsProficient in leading delivery-focused discussions, brainstorms, and working sessionsSkilled at requirement-gathering & producing business process flows and documentationPrevious experience working with enterprise clients as part of a consulting teamDemonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environmentExcellent communication skillsResourceful with the ability to handle ambiguityStartup experience is a plusHighly collaborative and proactive in seeking information and solutionsAble to balance ownership with shared responsibilityStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to mitigate risks through clear communication
