5+ years of experience in marketing, with success building and scaling B2B marketing programsProven experience in B2B lead generation with a focus on industry-specific campaignsHands-on experience working with Sales against an enterprise-level, named account listStrong understanding of the B2B sales cycle with the ability to tailor marketing strategies to a defined segmentHands-on experience managing Account Based Marketing programsExperience working in marketing automation tools, particularly HubspotEqual parts creativity and technical prowessBe fluent enough to do the basics yourself, and articulate enough to communicate what you need to the experts on our creative and analytics teamsA “figure it out” mentality that drives you to take ownership in the face of ambiguityYou’re not afraid to fail and do better the next timeDemonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and to lead projects as an independent contributorResponsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to help us achieve ambitious growth targets within a defined industry verticalMarket analysis: Understand and interpret our market and qualitative research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscapeUse insights to inform Product Marketing and our go-to-market strategies within a focus industryStrategy development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective messaging and marketing strategies aligned with the overall business goalsIdentify target audiences and target segments that will deliver maximum impactCampaign planning and execution: Develop and oversee the execution of integrated marketing campaigns, utilizing channels that include digital marketing, events, content marketing, and more to meet our aggressive lead generation targetsSales enablement: Collaborate with the sales team to provide them with the tools, resources, and messaging needed to effectively engage prospects within an industry verticalEnsure alignment between marketing efforts and sales objectivesAnalytics and reporting: measure the effectiveness of industry marketing initiatives, providing regular reports on KPIs and iterating to drive outcomes at scaleBenefits
