Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, with a particular focus on SEO (Search Engine Optimization), local search, and paid advertising. This role will involve developing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies to increase online visibility, drive traffic, and improve conversion rates for our hotels and healthcare facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. SEO Strategy Development & Implementation:

- Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for content optimization and new content creation.

- Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to our websites.

- Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

- Manage business listings across publisher network while optimizing for SEO.

2. Paid Digital Advertising Strategy & Implementation:

- Plan and execute paid search, display, video, and remarketing campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads, Google hotel ads, and familiarity with travel meta search engines) to drive traffic, generate leads, and achieve ROI targets.

- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to maximize effectiveness.

- Lead budget planning recommendations and daily budget management.

3. Website Management:

- Collaborate with the IT and web development teams to ensure our websites are optimized for SEO, user experience, and lead generation.

- Regularly update and maintain website content, ensuring consistency with brand messaging and SEO best practices.

4. Content Marketing:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and optimize high-quality content that aligns with our SEO goals and resonates with our target audience.

- Analyze marketing campaign performance through additional channels, such as email campaign performance, and implement improvements to increase open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.

5. Analytics & Reporting:

- Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) across all digital channels, providing insights and recommendations to the marketing team, hotel & healthcare teams, and additional stakeholders.

- Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and analytics.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong emphasis on SEO.Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, GMB, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Search Console).Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Basic HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Experience in the hospitality or healthcare industry is a plus.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Why Hamister Group?
