Dealpath is looking for a Senior Product Designer who is passionate about designing for growth initiatives that engage users and simplify their workflow, and who is energized by tackling complex systems.
As a senior product designer you'll be a key strategic design leader who can also execute quickly in our fast-paced startup environment. You'll work alongside a passionate and talented cross-functional team to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points through qualitative and quantitative research in an effort to drive user engagement with compelling designs.]
What you'll doLead the end-to-end design process of major features and iterations, ensuring a seamless user experiencePartner with product managers to develop the strategy and rationale for featuresBuild a deep understanding of users' needs, behaviors, and pain points through qualitative and quantitative researchQuickly design and prototype multiple concepts to validate product directionsEffectively communicate design ideas and incorporate feedback from a diverse group of stakeholders, including C-level executivesProvide and seek feedback to continuously elevate design standardsConduct user testing and integrate findings into iterative design improvementsCreate detailed specifications and assets for engineersWork side-by-side with engineers and quality analysts to ensure the final product meets design expectationsYou are
Self-motivated and a good communicatorAble to balance quality deliverables across multiple projects with tight deadlinesA strong collaborator working closely with cross-functional partners to drive a human-centered design approach to goal-setting, prioritization, and executionAble to take complex concepts and systems and translate them into simple and delightful product experiencesHighly curious and research-focused. 4+ years of professional hands-on experience at a product-driven tech companyHave a strong portfolio, showcasing a depth of knowledge in research, user experience, interaction, and visual designDemonstrated ability of coaching team to more effectively apply design patternsHands-on experience with the latest design toolsB.A/B.S. in Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field/equivalent experienceNice to have
