About the role

As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic social media initiatives to enhance brand awareness, engage audiences, and drive business objectives. This role offers an exciting opportunity for creative individuals with a passion for social media marketing to make a significant impact in our organization's digital presence and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

* Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand objectives, target audience insights, and industry trends to drive engagement, traffic, and conversions.* Community Management: Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner, and engage with followers to foster meaningful interactions and build brand loyalty.* Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotions to support product launches, events, and marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and KPIs.* Social Listening: Monitor social media conversations and trends related to the brand, industry, and competitors, leveraging insights to inform content strategy, identify opportunities, and mitigate risks.* Influencer Marketing: Identify and cultivate relationships with influencers, brand advocates, and industry partners to amplify brand reach, drive engagement, and generate user-generated content.* Paid Social Advertising: Create and manage paid social media advertising campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn, optimizing targeting, creative, and budgets to achieve campaign goals.* Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics and social media insights, using analytics tools to measure effectiveness, identify trends, and optimize strategies for continuous improvement.* Collaboration and Cross-functional Support: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, creative, and product, to align social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives and provide support as needed.About you

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.* Proven experience in social media marketing, community management, or digital marketing, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns and creative content.* In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices, with proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging content tailored to different audiences and platforms.* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, extract insights, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization and growth.* Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of social media trends and technologies.* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and deliver results in a timely manner.
