The Associate Manager, International Marketing will work alongside and report to the Manager, International Marketing - to support the EMEA and LATAM regions of the Aristocrat Gaming business. This team reports to the Head of International Marketing.

The Associate Manager will be responsible for fully supporting the day-to-day tasks led by the Manager across both regions and executing the overarching regional strategies set forth by the business. As a key team member, this role requires flawless execution of marketing initiatives and tactics for both direct-to-customer and direct-to-player efforts. This role requires the individual to develop a strong understanding of the market landscapes, dynamics, and regulatory aspects of the gaming industry. We are looking for an individual who has the capabilities to evolve into a skilled product and brand marketer, with the ability to be a self-starter, proactive, and organized. Additionally, you are a strategic and creative thinker, and take part in active collaboration across regions and the business.

Support the go-to-market strategies for both regions and the execution of the strategies dailyAssist in developing partnership proposals and tactical execution plansCollaborate with our external agency and source new vendor partnershipsOrganize and execute cross-functional requests and projectsExecute written and visual communications and marketing materialResearch of the competitive landscape, marketing trends and the digital landscape, regulatory and responsible gaming measures, and moreSupport event planning, development, and execution, including being a representative of Aristocrat Gaming at key events throughout the yearWhat We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, International Business, or a related discipline2-4 years of experience in marketing or commercial organizations. Gaming experience preferredEmbraces a hybrid work environment (in office 3-days/week)Fluent or conversational in Spanish requiredStrong organization and prioritization skills, self-starter mentalityStrong writing skills and a passion for creative ideationAbility to effectively product manage and effectively apply direction given by senior leadershipExperience in pull-through of marketing campaigns, performance marketing management, and measurementExperience in working effectively in cross-functional teams and supporting senior leadershipAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and across different regions/time zones and culturesOperate with a people-first mentality - taking the time to develop relationships and strong collaborationResides in Las Vegas, NV, or willing to relocate to Las Vegas, NVWhy Aristocrat?

Pay Range$57,750-$107,250

Pay Rate TypeSalary

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
