The Points Guy is seeking a Content Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll flex your writing and creative problem-solving skills across various digital channels, creating compelling user experiences that help people live better financial lives.
In this highly collaborative role, you'll work alongside a rockstar team of content and product designers, product managers, UX researchers and engineers. Ideal candidates will be coachable, curious and highly motivated, with a proven track record of driving performance.
What You'll Do:
Write high-performing content and microcopy for onsite experiences, user flows, landing pages, emails, and moreUse your knowledge of product design and UX to inform content strategyUse data, user research and performance metrics to optimize existing site experiencesIdentify opportunities to improve performance and propose solutionsWhat We're Looking For:
3+ years of experience, preferably in copywriting, marketing or digital strategyExcellent written and spoken communication skillsA firm grip on UX, digital content, digital marketing and copywriting principlesA coachable, approachable and highly motivated personalityThe ability to confidently present work to internal stakeholdersA self-starter attitude and the ability to self-edit work and manage prioritiesExperience using data to iterate on existing digital experiencesA sense of humor and eagerness to participate in a fun, collaborative cultureSounds awesome, right?

Compensation:
USA Compensation Range: $55,000.00-$80,000.00NY Compensation Range: $66,000.00-$96,000.00*Note actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications, and experience.Additionally, the following benefits are provided by Red Ventures, subject to eligibility requirements.
