What does the job entail?

The

Sr.

Product Marketing Manager

is responsible for crafting stories about Monarch's products that will entice potential customers to purchase them. For Monarch's first product marketer we are seeking a natural storyteller who can communicate the unique value of Monarch's products to customers via messaging, positioning, and stories about how the product can solve their problems along with what sets them apart in the market. You will also lead customer research, competitive research, and Monarch's "halo customer" activities.

To be successful in this role at Monarch, it is critical that you have experience working at a fast-growing startup, have demonstrated success in working collaboratively to launch and grow world class products, and are passionate about helping farmers become more sustainable and profitable.
