We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Digital Media Designer. In this role, you will develop innovative concepts, graphics, and layouts for signage, photo shoots, and commercials. You will design and produce promotional materials such as flyers, ads, brochures, and event displays, while coordinating and executing both on-site and location photo shoots. Additionally, you will manage the printing production process, maintain a digital photo library, and plan the composition of photographs. Proficiency in digital software like Adobe Creative Suite is essential for processing and retouching images. You'll also ensure all photography equipment is well-maintained and manage multiple projects, keeping them on schedule and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, digital editing, project management, and photography. Proficiency in graphic design software, desktop publishing tools, and the operation of photography equipment is essential. Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills are required, along with the ability to produce high-quality promotional materials and manage projects under tight deadlines.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
High School diploma or GED equivalent is required. Five or more years in graphic design and custom photography required. One year certificate in Graphic Design required. Extensive experience in various graphics software programs. Additional related education or experience may substitute for the minimum requirements.
Additional Requirements:
Must be able to work all scheduled shifts to include day, swing, graveyard and holidays
Must be able to pass a pre-employment illegal drug screen and obtain a Class IIIA license as required by the Puyallup Tribal Gaming Regulatory Office and the Washington State Gaming Commission.
