Job Summary

The Director of Enterprise Marketing will lead the development and implementation of GuideStone's enterprise brand marketing strategy, with the goal of increasing brand awareness, driving acquisition and improving retention.

This role leads the teams in shaping and sharing the corporate marketing strategy. This individual is also accountable for the development, implementation and ongoing management of the content, event and social media teams and disciplines. This individual should also be a leader with a desire to create an inspired, high-performing and engaged team of marketing professionals.

What You'll DoShapes brand marketing messaging, value proposition, assets, campaigns and events to highlight and strengthen GuideStone's reputation as a leader in the faith-based financial services spaceResponsible for enterprise level brand strategy and campaign development; blending online and offline strategies to create a holistic experience of the brandPartners cross functionally to align on priority projects that deliver on brand and business objectivesHas a deep understanding of the business and how it comes to life across all campaigns and pieces of content and serves as a bridge between goals, strategy and executionDevelops and maintains a high level of awareness and understanding of GuideStone's audience types, business needs, drivers, etc. to help guide the creation of appropriate, compelling strategies for all product lines and channels.Measures and drive demonstrable business results and ROI through brand buildingRaises the profile of the GuideStone brand and highlights our differentiation by creating and implementing a content marketing strategy at both the enterprise and line of business level.Directs the planning and execution of GuideStone events including the SBC Annual Meeting, GuideStone hosted events both on- and off-site, events attended by GuideStone representatives as well as any events for our executive team and trustee boards.Enforces an evaluation model and criteria for partnership, sponsorship and event opportunities to ensure alignment with our brand, our values and our goalsDrives the development and implementation of a robust social media strategy, leveraging platforms to enhance brand visibility, engage with our audience, and foster community building.Leads and develops a high performing team of brand marketing professionals.Sets and delivers the enterprise marketing budget.Leads, coaches, and nurtures the enterprise marketing managers and team membersWhat You'll Need

Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, Communications or a related field.Masters Degree, preferred.10 years experience.Must be a member of a faith-aligned church.Industry experience in financial services or insurance is preferred.Advanced professional writing and editing skills.Excellent communicator with proven ability to clearly convey complex ideas and data in written, presentation and spoken formats to a variety of audiencesDevelops and manages workflow processes to meet deadlines and client expectations.Converts complex concepts into communications materials that are compelling, clear and concise for a variety of audiences.Excellent communicator with proven ability to clearly convey complex ideas and data in written, presentation and spoken formats to a variety of audiencesStrong collaboration and negotiation skills, showing an ability to influence without ownership, gaining support and trust across the organization to achieve agreed-upon business outcomesPassionate about GuideStone's purpose and ability to drive brand impactTravel is required up to 15% annually.Proficient skills in MS Office and appropriate GuideStone system applications.Must have complete confidentiality regarding GuideStone business matters.
