At Massman Companies, our mission is to build the best running machines in the factory. In order to meet the growing demand for our products and services, Ideal Pase (A Massman company) is looking to expand our engineering capacity by adding a new Mechanical Designer.
The Mechanical Designer is an integral member of the Engineering Team, dedicated to developing solutions that meet and exceed customer application requirements. This role includes supporting fellow engineering team members and actively participating in problem-solving and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful achievement of all project outcomes.
Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:Design, develop, and optimize technical solutions that meet or exceed customer applications requirements and performance expectations.Prepare detailed engineering drawings to ensure that designed solutions are manufactured to meet item specifications.Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications and user manuals.Support fellow engineering team members to accomplish desired project objectives.Identify opportunities for innovation in product design and engineering best practices, contributing to the company's competitive edge.
