Summary of Job Description:

The CFT Design Coordinator is responsible for providing design support and coordination to the design team in meeting company objectives. This position tracks current and upcoming projects in the pipeline and supports the Design team in meetings, taking notes and performing follow-up coordination with company's external design consultants as necessary. The CFT Design Coordinator sends out RFPs and organizes design-related contracts for approval. This position also assists the design team in design presentations.

You'll get a chance to:

Prepare for and facilitates design-related meetings. Documents meeting minutes, follows up on action items, and ensures meetings run smoothly.Perform special assignments as requested by Design Managers and leadership in support of design team activities.Handle all requests completely, accurately, and within agreed upon timelines.Prepare RFPs and send to external consultants and organizes consultant proposals for approval.Work with internal Construction Team to execute contracts and payments to help ensure design projects are on time and within budget.Assist Design and Assessment Team in design concept visualization for the purpose of quantifying scope of work and budget.Assist Design Team with preparation of presentations and coordinates task force presentations.How we reward you:

Qualifications:Your background and experience:

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experienceMinimum one year of administrative work experience requiredSuccessful completion of initial and periodically required trainings.Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position.Panda Strong since 1983
