to join their amazing team. You'll play a vital role in crafting unforgettable conference and client events that elevate the attendee experience from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave.

This is not your typical trade show booth design role!
We're looking for someone who thrives on pushing boundaries and creating unique, experiential elements that leave a lasting impression.
Here's what you'll be doing:Collaborate with the Art Director and Creative Director to conceptualize and execute events that align with client objectives and create a powerful impact.Review and provide insightful feedback on the work of graphic designers and other support staff, helping to elevate the overall design quality.Work closely with leadership to ensure designs resonate with C-suite clients and effectively communicate our creative approach.Participate actively in ideation and pitch calls, demonstrating strong listening skills and proactive problem-solving.Articulate design concepts clearly and confidently to clients, fostering a collaborative environment.While not mandatory, a strong ability to create presentations that incorporate experiential elements using Adobe programs would be a valuable asset. (Think: Adding interactive touchpoints to a PowerPoint walkthrough of an event space)Needs to be available to be on-site in Orlando the week of October 21st.The Ideal Candidate:
5-8 years of experience in Event Design with a focus on the Financial Services industry (a plus)Proven track record of creating innovative and engaging event experiencesExperience working with C-suite clients and navigating high-level communicationStrong portfolio showcasing your design skills and ability to translate concepts into impactful event experiencesAbility to articulate ideas clearly and concisely, both verbally and visuallyPassion for staying ahead of industry trends and pushing creative boundariesCollaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environmentBonus Points:
Experience developing presentations that incorporate experiential elementsFamiliarity with relevant design software for events (e.g., SketchUp, 3ds Max)
