Purpose

The Manager, Digital & Social Media Marketing is responsible for all social content planning, influencer relationships and engagement. Activities include supervision and guidance of Hyundai's owned social media platforms, strategy, and content, collaborating and finding efficiencies across channels/departments and coordinating with agency partners.Major Responsibilities

Key point of contact for all social media platforms, functions, and activities-this includes, but is not limited to best practices, content production, digital & social media asset reviews/approvals.Manage social content creation and channel management; work directly agency partners to execute against existing planning/production calendar for social content.Ensure that our agencies and marketing team adhere to social channel best practices -- bringing leading edge/ social first ideas into consideration for vehicle launches and ongoing channel support.Oversee Influencer Management and Engagement for vehicle launch efforts, Hyundai Ambassador Program, and other content creator opportunities.Manage the development and approval yearly social strategy and KPIs per platform.Work with agency on monthly/quarterly analysis to provide to larger marketing team.Provide POV on optimizations, learnings etc. to leadership.Major Responsibilities (continued)

Work with Sr Manager to collaborate across disciplines (H.com, PR, CRM, Experiential, etc.) to ensure campaigns are fully integrated.Communicate all social activities with key stakeholders of owned projects/campaigns.Responsible for community management oversight and workflow with IUS, Customer Care, and PR teams. Should be proficient with social listening tools such as Sprinklr and Quid.Provide strong video content expertise; following best practices and trends across all social platforms to inform marketing decisions that fit into our overall brand and channel strategy.Analyze all social channels closely to find opportunities for new innovative content and optimizations for owned and paid content.Authority

Position requires ability to problem solve, make decisions, and operate with an entrepreneurial spirit within the framework of a team concept.Manage workflow and the ability to work across departments, along with the wider HMA teams.Develop and implement strategies that all programs are executed against.Resolve issues and communicate to management and business partners.Manage activities and performance of agency and other service providers.This role requires the performance of work directly related to management and/or general business operations.The exercise of discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance is required.Education

~ Must be a high school graduate~ Bachelor's degree required.

Related Experience

Six or more years of social media marketing and influencer engagement experience is required.Four or more years of experience managing agency relationships and workflow.Two or more years of experience within automotive industry desired.Agency and or/ related client-side experience required.Challenger brand experience is preferred.Skills/Knowledge

Ability to manage high-paced environment with multiple projects and agency personnel.Ability to develop strategy and implementation plans for new projects/initiatives.Ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships at a variety of levels; Managerial, Field Staff, subordinate and agency hierarchy of personnel.Diplomatic and collaborative attitude, able to motivate partners to meet and exceed business expectations.Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.Certification
