JOB SUMMARY

The Community Relations Associate is responsible for communicating with residents, families, internal staff and outside agencies as required, conducting tours, solving family problems, completing and maintaining admission records and documents, and working with referral agencies, organizations and institutions. Through all relationships the individual in this role should represent MorningStar professionally to achieve move-ins and to contribute to occupancy goals.

This is a goal-oriented position that is rewarded with sales bonuses in addition to regular hourly pay.

· Lead Generation: generate, cultivate, and maintain external professional relationships with local influencers. Increase awareness, reputation, and knowledge of the community with key decision makers. Attain commitments to refer prospective residents from local influencers.

· Meet established targets for lead and lease conversion as defined on the Sales & Marketing business plan for your community. Work with referral partner to develop and convert leads from referral and professional lead generation sources to confirmed move-ins. Respond to all potential leads with timely follow-up and ensure the CRM system is up-to- date.

· Conduct tours of the community for potential residents, families, outside visitors, and representatives from placement agencies and organizations.

· Appropriately manage and update the CRM system to ensure detailed information is entered from all lead sources.

· Make sales calls to potential leads with the intention of scheduling a community visit and move the sales process forward.

· Communicate to all departments all necessary information on new residents.

· Promote and facilitate on and off-site events that drive lead generation and community tours.

· Maintain professional confidentiality.

QUALIFICATIONS

ther : Work well with people, must be personable, high energy and work independently. Proven track record of direct sales experience.
