Job Title:

Marketing Coordinator

Salary Range : $45,000 - $55,000

Type : Exempt

Location : Albuquerque, New Mexico

Position Objective

The Marketing Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the marketing team's efforts to drive retail growth through strategic promotions and supplier partnerships. This role will assist in implementing marketing initiatives, coordinating projects, and conducting research to ensure the successful execution of marketing events and activations.

Major Functions

Campaign Support and Coordination (40%)Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and promotions.Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely execution of campaigns.Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports to the marketing and retail team.Event Management (30%)

Assist in planning and organizing marketing events and activations.Coordinate logistics, including venue booking, vendor management, and onsite support.Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure events align with brand objectives.Research and Analysis (20%)

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.Compile and analyze data to provide insights for marketing strategies.Stay updated on industry trends and consumer preferences.Administrative Support (10%)

Manage marketing materials and inventory, ensuring availability for campaigns and events.Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings and maintaining files.Assist in the creation of marketing collateral and presentations.Please note that the percentage allocation is a general estimate and may vary based on business needs and priorities.

Requirements

Education and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent.1+ years of experience in marketing, event planning, or related roles.Must be at least 21 years of age.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.Strong communication and organizational skills.A Plus, but Not Required

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.Experience in the cannabis industry or retail marketing.Knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing techniques.
