POSITION SUMMARY

The employee in this position is responsible for providing superior service to both internal and external guests. All employees are required to practice the customer courtesy skills to ensure our guests are afforded a remarkable experience. The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives and activities. The position is held accountable for analysis that provides guidance for specific and ongoing changes or improvements as it relates to the Marketing department’s role in revenue generation.

ESSENTIAL POSITION DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Interact with all guests and team members to positively influence the guest and team member experience. Demonstrate resiliency when faced with difficult situations under all types of business conditions. Work effectively and courteously with fellow team members.Deliver outstanding customer service as it pertains to guest interaction.Create, maintain and strengthen the organization’s overall brand through various media outlets.Research competitive products, analyze and test to gain a comprehensive understanding of the gaming landscape and the demographic.Assist in the execution of marketing plans to reach audiences through various channels.Develop and evaluate metrics for lead generation, content creation, website and social media traffic.Deployment and coordination of property contests including ordering, selection of materials, setup, décor and selection of prize-winners.Management and maintenance of promotional materials such as décor, promotional merchandising and other promotional tools.Working as event staff to setup events, administer contesting, issue prizing and ensure proper procedures or rules are followed.Coordination of property activation events with player’s club personnel and or any promotional agencies.Management of property social media accounts, and creating communicating relevant information to our customers through social media.Maintenance of all property website content.Develop and maintain email marketing campaigns.Booking and management of property entertainment acts in food outlets and Event Center. Communicate with local and national performers and manage an entertainment budget.Setup and deploy CMP promotions accurately and in a timely manner.Create rules for promotions and events on property, and properly follow the rules.Create and maintain property signage and various collateral.Adhere to regulatory, departmental and Company policies in an ethical manner and require others to do the same.Handle customer complaints and incidents, and exhibit the appropriate discretion to define situations requiring the attention of supervisory personnel. Seek to resolve all situations in a manner that maintains positive guest relationships.Must be able to work a flexible schedule as required by business operations, including nights, weekends and holidays; shifts may change based on business needs.Performs other duties as assigned.

Experience/Education:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field preferred.Experience in content management, advertising concepts, social and digital media, and promotion strategies preferred.Knowledge:

Critical thinking with strong problem-solving and research proficiencies.Solid organizational skills and detail oriented.Creative, forward-thinking with excellent written and verbal communication skills.Basic knowledge of graphic design.Other :

Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Level 2 Missouri Gaming License.

Must have a valid driver’s license with good driving record and able to drive station vehicles.Must be able to receive and maintain all required certification relating to the position.Must complete all required company training.
