Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Growth Manager to lead and optimize their online retail operations. The Digital Growth Manager will be pivotal in implementing strategies that drive online sales, enhance user experience, and increase customer engagement. This individual will be responsible for managing the end-to-end e-commerce process, from product listings and website functionality to digital marketing campaigns and online customer engagement.
Skills/Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field preferred.Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably within the retail or consumer goods industry.Experience optimizing sales through DTC, B2B, and Amazon • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, technologies, and best practices.Proficiency in SEO, digital marketing, and online advertising.Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret e-commerce metrics.Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.Familiarity with Shopify, Shopify B2B, Amazon, and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)Preferred if experience with Yotpo, Klaviyo, and Netsuite (our ERP)Creative problem solver with the ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
