As we continue our growth, we're seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Program Manager to develop, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns that will elevate our brand and drive customer acquisition. As a Marketing Program Manager, you'll work closely with our Marketing team to create and implement strategies that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support our company's growth objectives. Key Responsibilities:Campaign Management:

Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising.Program Development:

Develop and manage marketing programs that align with business goals, including customer acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies.Content Creation:

Collaborate with the content team to create compelling marketing materials, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and social media content.Data Analysis:

Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Strategy teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with company objectives and customer needs.Market Research:

Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape to inform campaign strategies.Event Coordination:

Assist in planning and executing virtual and in-person events, webinars, and other promotional activities.Develop strategies to leverage event content, including creating follow-up emails, social media posts, and blog updates.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.5+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the SaaS industry.Proven experience in managing and executing marketing campaigns across various channels.Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including search, email, and social media marketing.Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create engaging content and presentations.Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.Compensation & Perks:
