More specifically, this position will focus on enabling patient engagement opportunities through well-planned and executable tactics.What You’ll DoEnsure specific Consumer engagement initiatives, including marketing programs and campaigns, are executed effectively, efficiently, within budget and in accordance with all regulatory/legal requirements.Cultivate strong relationships with alliance partner, cross-functional partners, and all agencies. Manage relationship with agency to ensure expected deliverables are met.Lead key marketing initiatives in close collaboration with the alliance and other key functional partners. Specific initiatives may include:

Social mediaDigital solutionsOnboarding materials

Develop and manage the execution of the consumer creative campaign and market research.Manage materials, projects, and resources through the internal review committee process (MLR).Manage multiple agency partners including management of associated budgets.Manage vendor contract processing (purchasing requisitions, invoices, and approvals).Collaborate with multiple functional groups across the organization, including but not limited to Sales, Regulatory, Market Access, Market Research, Commercial Operations, Legal, Patient Advocacy, and Medical Affairs.Align all efforts with collaboration partner.Who You AreYou have a passion for science and building a meaningful patient experience. You have the strong ability to effectively influence, collaborate, and communicate with internal stakeholders, at all levels of the organization, and external business partners. You love to innovate across all areas including innovative strategies, programs and tactics that leverage advancements in technology, media and communications.QualificationsBachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.Minimum of 5+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech product marketing/commercial experience.Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment and “roll-up your sleeves” culture.A self-starter who functions well both independently and within a team.Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities to meet deadlines.Ability to think innovatively in terms of engaging with customers and meeting their needs.Preferred SkillsExperience within Neuropsychiatry and/or specialty markets.Experience working with an alliance partner.Prior product launch experience.Additional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.Why Biogen?We are a global team with a commitment to excellence, and a pioneering spirit.
