Join us!Job Description :This job is responsible for developing and managing the end-to-end product life cycle for highly complex products. Key responsibilities include conducting market research and competitor analyses, determining product pricing, developing short and long-term strategies, and identifying innovative opportunities to modernize product offerings and deliver a more unified customer experience. Job expectations include ensuring that product management efforts are integrated with sales, marketing, operations, implementation, and customer service strategies.Responsibilities :As the lead strategist supporting 401(k) and nonqualified deferred compensation plan participant communications, you will be responsible for defining the best-practice communication strategy to maximize customer value through benefit and program adoption, and then deliver on that strategy.Implement effective campaigns that support the end-to-end participant journey from initial conversion and enrollment through ongoing engagement and offboarding, as well as new service launches.Ideate and deliver leading engagement programs, leveraging the best of enterprise capabilities and new media, that drive participant outcomes.Evolve/maintain the library of over 100 best practice participant communications ensuring the inventory remains current, compliant, and relevant.Collaboration with product and service, and team partners is critical, along with an understanding of sponsor needs for employee communications.Identifies and creates comprehensive plans for product development and deployment, including supporting the creation of sales training programs and marketing materials.Oversees a set of products and maintains financials, including managing the investment profile and profit and loss (P&L) activities.Provides information on product trends to sales and marketing teams leveraging knowledge of product functionality, marketplace trends, and the competitive landscape.Identifies opportunities to streamline or enhance product offerings to fit client's existing and future needs and support continued growth and operational excellence.Manages risk through implementing and monitoring effective controls in partnership with key support partners.Partners with internal stakeholders to obtain meaningful insights about markets, clients, and competitors in order to develop products that solve client needs and ensure high adoption rates.Develops and influences product strategy, driving products to provide comprehensive solutions across the bank.Set annual participant engagement strategy supporting 401(k) and nonqualified deferred compensation plan products and associated services.Own and maintain the journey maps and take a holistic perspective on communication needs and voice across all media.Partner with creative and production team to develop and deliver communication programs, ensuring campaigns are on brand and channel appropriate.Measure and assess value and impact of all efforts; refine and adjust strategy as needed.Identify where marketing platforms that leverage templates and content management systems are appropriate for campaign generation and distribution.Integrate with Enterprise marketing strategies and channels.Communicate with key stakeholders on a regular basis – obtaining inputs to strategy, socialization of strategy, communication of campaign launches, and impact.Maintain knowledge of competitor approaches to communication.Support critical strategic initiatives and technology enhancements as required.Skills :CollaborationExecutive PresenceOral CommunicationsPresentation SkillsProblem SolvingProduct ManagementContinuous ImprovementAttention to DetailInfluenceStrategic ThinkingDemonstrated experience with recordkeeping and indicative data and how the two can build and output content.Demonstrated knowledge of new creative platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager.Demonstrated experience in AI technologies including social, natural language platforms, audience profiles, etc.Experience/understanding of privacy laws, financial supervision, etc. is helpful.Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously ensuring on-time delivery.Required Qualifications :401(k) and nonqualified defined benefit plan communication strategy experience; industry experience.Effective project management skills with ability to multitask.Ability to analyze results and put findings into action, experience with Tableau a plus.Strong communicator and collaborator.Desired Qualifications :7 – 10 years experience in advertising / marketing.Minimum Education Requirement :Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.Shift:1st shift (United States of America)Hours Per Week:40
