Shape the future of our product portfolio, collaborating with top talent to deliver groundbreaking solutions.**Job Summary:**As a Product Owner Director for the Credit Card Authorizations platform (supporting Consumer and Small Business customer), you will provide leadership to execute on our modernization efforts. This is not isolated to the existing platform uplift but creation of a suite of new capabilities and features for improved our resiliency, greater code quality, and availability. The Product Owner Director will work with the product leaders across our organization in particular our Fraud and Credit partners to help modernize not just our technology stacks but also our modes of operations in search of opportunities for customer experience simplification whilst maintaining our strong risk practices.**Job Responsibilities:**• Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic plan as well as maintaining and executing on our product roadmap• Overseeing the development and execution of modernization efforts• Identify and capitalize on new opportunities for growth and Fraud loss reductions including machine learning share-nothing architecture to for Stand In should any of the primary components fail• Launch new capabilities in support of modernization and improving our resiliency• Drive modernization with other product organization• Coach modernization and product analysts on best practices for research and analysis prior to requirements development• Support technologists and product to navigate through organizational roadblocks• Continually looks for product operational efficiency**Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and skills:**• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field• 10+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of successfully leading product teams and delivering high-impact products.• Strong understanding of market trends, customer needs, and technological advancements in payments and transaction processing• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.• Ability to think strategically and execute methodically, with a strong attention to detail.• Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools.• Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.**Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:**+ MBA or advanced degree preferred.Chase is a leading financial services firm, helping nearly half of America's households and small businesses achieve their financial goals through a broad range of financial products.
