Grow. with us._To save time applying, Toyota does not offer sponsorship of job applicants for employment-based visas or any other work authorization for this position at this time._**Who we’re looking for**Toyota’s Safety Department is looking for a passionate and highly-motivated Safety Communication Analyst within our team with support for TBMNC and regional communications.The primary responsibility of this position is to serve as the branding and graphics lead for the Safety Communications team within Toyota Safety and support communications efforts at the North Carolina plant.**What you’ll be doing**+ Develop and coordinate visual identities for Safety and Safety programs.+ Develop and coordinate overall branding guidelines for Toyota Safety and Safety programs.+ Design and develop graphic assets, from icons to wall graphics to booklets, to support Toyota Safety messaging.+ Develop and coordinate Toyota Safety’s MyToolbox presence.+ Support video production and other media platforms, as assigned.+ Support Toyota Safety regional collaboration events (safety month), including event branding and planning.+ Coordinate media distribution across various internal platforms (Teams, Qumu).+ Can travel up to 10% to provide support to other location**What you bring**+ Expert skills in Adobe Creative Cloud applications (including Premier Pro, Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop).+ Expert skills in all aspects of the production process including managing timelines, planning, designing, and production.+ Proven experience in developing high-quality brand assets and communications using current technology.+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including scriptwriting experience.+ Excellent skills in videography and photography, including camera operation, lighting/audio techniques, editing, and delivery.+ Excellent skills in MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Outlook.+ Proven ability to manage and understand various distribution channels.+ Proven ability to simultaneously handle multiple projects and lead projects from conception to delivery.**Added bonus if you have**+ Bachelor's Degree (or higher).+ Previous experience in a communications or branding position.+ Previous experience in a safety position.+ Previous experience in an automotive or other manufacturing environment.+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to being proactive, self-driven, and organized.+ Dedication to working in a team environment for the success of the team.+ Professional manner to interact with all levels of leadership and collaborate across teams.**What we’ll bring**During your interview process, our team can fill you in on all the details of our industry-leading benefits and career development opportunities.
