Job Description:

NDi seeks a Senior Communications Specialist to provide support to the Federal Agency through management of executive-level communications, strategic messaging, creative production, and content development.

Requirements:

U.S. Citizenship is required.

Candidate must be able to obtain Public Trust clearance.

This position is currently hybrid (remote/onsite) and will require working onsite, at minimum once a week.

Qualifications and Experience:

BA degree in related field.

Must have 7 to 12+ years' experience working in strategic communications, marketing & communications outreach, web communications, writing, editing, advertising, and publishing with functional emphasis on executive-level support.

Excellent writing skills with demonstrated experience writing and editing executive-level communications, web content, marketing materials and communications plans.

Skilled in communications and marketing strategy with demonstrated history of developing and managing projects in those areas.

Exceptional creative storytelling and content creation abilities.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Experience with stakeholder engagement and relationship building in a complex organizational environment.

Ability to translate complex data concepts into accessible and engaging content.

Proficiency in graphic design and video editing, with excellent skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and other design tools.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint), Visio, Power BI, Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia, CRM, Kanban, and email marketing platforms.

Responsibilities:

Produce visually impactful presentations and talking points for executive leadership, highlighting the value of our programs and services.

Synthesize complex program initiatives and policies to create messaging for employees, stakeholders and organizational leadership.

Drive conceptualization, design and development of marketing and branding of Agency's initiatives including event experiences, talking points, website content, video scripts, social media messaging, and other multi-media assets.

Communicate client requirements to design and development teams, manage production schedule, and delivery of collateral.

Drive client expectations, resources, design team and production schedule to ensure timely delivery of assets.

Ensure collateral is up-to-date and reflects the organizations current policies.

Drive growth and effectiveness of communications program by integrating data analytics into campaigns and initiatives.
