As a team, we care about each other yet believe in radical candor, want to have fun while we work, and are obsessed with what's most important to our 30+ million customers and incorporating their voices into every decision!The Experience Design Senior Manager leads, grows, and inspires a large team responsible for the WF ATM channel and it's natural intersection with Branch and Digital experiences. a major area of work (Payments, Research and Apply, Core Banking, etc.), and, in partnership with Product Management and Engineering Leadership, establishes you will establish the vision, direction, and plans for delivering the end-to-end experience.**Experience Design at Wells Fargo**We are on a mission to build the best digital experience delivering customer joy in the financial space.As part of the Experience Design team at Wells Fargo, you will be fueled by exceptional thought leadership, subject matter experts and world class talent.**Who will thrive here**Success comes from understanding the customer and business needs, strong collaboration with your peers, navigating a complex enterprise, providing guidance and coaching for the team along the way, and overseeing shipping delightful and empowering product experiences.+ You have experience leading multiple teams with proven success in delivering great experiences that cross ATM/In-store digital, mobile, web, and beyond.+ You draw from a user-centered problem-solving toolkit to identify new opportunities for value creation.+ You focus your attention on the big picture, but can dive into the details when needed.+ You compel and persuade through presenting strong rationales and storytelling.+ You have connected and coordinated disparate parts of an organization to mobilize real change.+ You coordinate effort within your team and across product development, tying them together in service of the larger end-to-end experience.Key responsibilities and accountabilities include the following:+ Manage the digital Experience Design Group working on the most important and complex issues+ Manage professionals and individuals and for the research and design of user experiences for ATM/In-store digital, websites and mobile applications+ Work with leadership, research and design staff to incorporate insights on the development of changing user experience trends in website or application design+ Recommend actions to reduce and manage risk, including development of strategies and compliance, operations and controls+ Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level to more experienced managers to resolve issues and achieve goals+ Lead projects, teams or serve as a peer mentor+ Manage allocation of people and financial resources to ensure commitments are met and align with strategic objectives in the User Experience Design group+ Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategyRequired Qualifications, US:+ 6+ years of ATM/In-store digital, Website, or Application Design experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education+ 3+ years of Management experience+ 3-4 years of Digital Application design experience+ Hands on experience designing UX and UI in FigmaDesired Qualifications:+ Background or experience in managing and influencing product experience direction in matrixed organizations.+ Experience leading and creating omni/multi-channel experience strategies that include customer facing digital experiences and technology in physical locations (retail stores, bank branches, etc.)+ Able to partner with Product Owners and Technology teams to help evaluate cost/benefit between different approaches to product evolution.+ Experience leading and designing in-person collaborative digital experiences (2 or more individuals in the same location utilizing technology collaboratively)Job Expectations:+ This position is a hybrid work model and will not be a telecommute position, must be willing to work out of Charlotte, NC, New York, NY, or San Francisco, CA approximately 3 days a week**Pay Range**Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location.
