Come join us in reshaping the future!As a Quant Analytics Associate, in our Digital Marketing Channel Analytics team, you will contribute and help the optimization of our Owned Ads channel, with a focus on personalization and insights.**Job Responsibilities**+ Establish and track channel performance KPIs and fully own the execution of all reporting and dashboards+ Measure performance of optimization testing+ Identify areas of improvement in data process, dashboards, and measurement+ Work cross-functionally to develop new metrics and validate ongoing reporting+ Identify problems in the decisioning system by pro-actively monitoring data and system reports+ Work with the website technology team closely to identify gaps in the data capture strategy and collaboratively implement enhancements**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:**+ Bachelor's degree is required; 2+ years of experience owning an analytics book of work+ 1+ years leveraging data visualization tools for data exploration and marketing performance evaluation+ Comfort building and managing relationships with both analytics and business stakeholders+ Experience in querying big data platforms and SAS/SQL querying+ Experience with best-in-class web analytic tools (Google Analytics, Adobe/Omniture Insight/Visual Sciences, Webtrends, CoreMetrics, etc.)+ Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills with experience communicating concisely and effectively with all levels of management and partners**Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:**+ Experience preferred in the Digital Marketing space+ Tableau preferredChase is a leading financial services firm, helping nearly half of America's households and small businesses achieve their financial goals through a broad range of financial products.
