Our work depends on Multimedia Specialist Senior joining our team to support US Navy Training.**HOW A MULTIMEDIA SPECIALIST SENIOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT**● Designs and develops multimedia applications, systems, and products● Additionally, instructional support contractor personnel performing on site at CSS under this task order shall be able to perform the following task order requirements:● Use computer software, computer design techniques, and computer-generated media to design new images, avatars, video and audio● Work closely with the ISD team to layout and design media● Select instructional media, materials, and equipment to meet learning objectives● Plan, supervise, and produce instructional media products that meet learning objectives● Review graphic materials to be presented and ensure information is presented in an eye-catching, yet organized manner● Package instructional materials for delivery per SCORM criteria**WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:**● Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science● Required Experience: 5+ years of related experience● Required Technical Skills: Experience in the design, development, and analysis of programs or systems relating to training systems.Must show evidence of experience in emerging technologies during the past three years, for example, CD-ROM, various LMSs, LAN/Internet/Intranet, browser-based applications, digital video, video teleconferencing, etc., for educational and/or training applications.From PWS. Both of these positions (this one and one directly above) specifically require proficiency with converting Flash, working with XML/HTML/HTML5, Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite products including Captivate, Poser or other avatar software and specific experience in order to fulfill the following task order requirements:● Provide additional classroom media as required● Produce posters or other visual media in direct support of classroom instruction.● Develop visuals for use in Interactive Multimedia and web-based training delivery solutions● Create templates for slideshows in Microsoft PowerPoint and HTML● Create interactive (Level 2 and higher multimedia in Adobe Captivate or equivalent authoring tool)● Create e-Learning in XML/HTML/HTML 5.0/JavaScript or equivalent and● Coordinate functional testing and approval of contractor developed ICW, CAI (IMI content with) NETPDC for implementation into Navy LMS.● Build and manage any web page products.● Specific Experience in the following team-based products:● Develop visuals for storyboards and planning documents.● Create templates for slideshows in Microsoft PowerPoint and HTML.● Create interactive (Level 2 and higher) multimedia in Adobe software, Captivate or equivalent.● Create e-Learning in XML/HTML/HTML 5.0/JavaScript or equivalent.● Create video, avatar and audio products.● Coordinate functional testing and approval of contractor developed ICW, CAI, (IMI content) with NETPDC including LMS hosting and GCAT approval process.● Security Clearance Level: **Secret**● Location: **Hybrid**● **US Citizenship Required****GDIT IS YOUR PLACE:**● Full-flex work week to own your priorities at work and at home● 401K with company match● Comprehensive health and wellness packages● Internal mobility team dedicated to helping you own your career● Professional growth opportunities including paid education and certifications● Cutting-edge technology you can learn from● Rest and recharge with paid vacation and holidaysThe likely salary range for this position is $60,549 - $101,109. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
