Public Relations Manager/Public Information Officer (13104)_

InGenesis is seeking a Public Relations Manager/Public Information Officer to work with the New York State Department of Financial Services in the New York City office. In this role, you will support the Director of Digital Communications and Design with graphic design needs across the Department. Job Duties: · Responsible for creating digital and print collateral materials. · Create event invites. · Create Department reports including data visualization and web/social graphics. · Assist with the design and development of new templates and assets in line with the Department’s brand identity. · Assist with the rolling transition of existing assets to the new branding. Minimum Qualifications: · Advanced proficiency in Adobe CS, including Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, and InDesign. · Experience with Acrobat Pro and designing fillable forms. · Experience with Microsoft Suite for administrative duties as well as design (Word, Publishing and PowerPoint in particular). · Web design and basic HTML coding experience a plus. · Experience working with CMS, particularly Drupal for websites and SharePoint for Intranets also a plus. *Pay rate range commensurate on experience.
