We're hiring a VP, Project Management to oversee various cross-functional editorial content projects, manage intake, and partner with multiple teams to ensure the timely delivery of print and digital products.As VP, Project Management in Editorial Content, you will manage multiple projects and initiatives from idea to execution, transforming strategic plans into successful projects, including initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, mitigating risk/issues, communicating progress and securing deliverables. You'll be a great fit for this role if you're the most organized person you know-you take great pride in responding quickly and thoughtfully, and can balance hundreds of email threads, Asana tasks and intake requests without breaking a sweat.**Job Responsibilities**+ Partner with the Executive Director, Content to meet with stakeholders across the organization to understand requirements, share progress and deliver final projects+ Develop and implement a comprehensive intake process, and coordinate deliverables within the editorial team+ Serve as the primary point of contact for cross-functional partners throughout each project's scope+ Track all content products and new initiatives, including partnering with design and development teams to develop new page layouts+ Continuously evaluate existing procedures and identify and implement efficiencies+ Serve as a process advocate across the editorial content team**Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills**+ 7+ years in project and/or product management+ Experience working with marketing, editorial and/or creative teams in an agency-style environment+ Demonstrated ability to drive results through leadership and influence of cross-functional teams+ Highly organized and detail oriented; ability to manage multiple projects at once, and deliver under tight deadlines independently+ Experience with multiple project management platforms, including Asana and/or Jira**Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills**+ 3+ years of people management experienceChase is a leading financial services firm, helping nearly half of America's households and small businesses achieve their financial goals through a broad range of financial products.
