Join us!We are seeking a skilled Delivery Lead/Technical Writer with a strong background in public cloud and hybrid cloud environments. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a talent for translating complex concepts into clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation. You will work closely with our engineering, product, and architecture teams to create high-quality content that supports our cloud solutions.**Responsibilities:**+ Leads and coordinates routines to support delivery (for example, kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates, etc.)+ Manages coordination of delivery and dependencies across multiple teams+ Facilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timeline+ Provides status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks, issues, and schedule+ Works with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements+ Supports resource planning for delivery and execution+ Ensures adherence with Enterprise Change Management standards+ Capable of working on system vulnerabilities with existing team and other teams to resolve within required timeframes**Required Qualifications:**+ 3+ years of experience in technical writing, preferably within the cloud computing domain+ Develop, write, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including user guides, API documentation, white papers, and best practices for our public cloud and hybrid cloud solutions+ Collaborate with subject matter experts, engineers, and product managers to gather information and understand the functionalities and intricacies of our cloud offerings+ Create and manage a library of technical documentation and ensure it is kept current with the latest product releases and updates+ Simplify complex technical concepts for a diverse audience, ranging from technical experts to non-technical users+ Work with cross functional teams to produce engaging content that highlights the benefits and features of our cloud solutions+ Review and edit documentation created by other team members to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency+ Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in cloud computing to continuously improve our documentation processes and content+ Strong understanding of public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and hybrid cloud architectures+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail+ Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable+ Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaboration tools (e.g., Confluence, JIRA)+ Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously**Desired Qualifications:**+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Technical Writing, or a related field+ Experience with cloud infrastructure and deployment tools (e.g., Terraform, Kubernetes)+ Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines+ Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash)**Skills:**+ Collaboration+ Project Management+ Result Orientation+ Solution Delivery Process+ Stakeholder Management+ Analytical Thinking+ Business Acumen+ Financial Management+ Influence+ Risk Management+ Agile Practices+ Architecture+ Data Management+ Solution Design+ Technical Strategy Development**Shift:**1st shift (United States of America)**Hours Per Week:**40Bank of America and its affiliates consider for employment and hire qualified candidates without regard to race, religious creed, religion, color, sex, sexual orientation, genetic information, gender, gender identity, gender expression, age, national origin, ancestry, citizenship, protected veteran or disability status or any factor prohibited by law, and as such affirms in policy and practice to support and promote the concept of equal employment opportunity and affirmative action, in accordance with all applicable federal, state, provincial and municipal laws.
