This person will support Compass One Healthcare, which includes Morrison Healthcare, Crothall Healthcare, and CCL Hospitality Group (CCL). The Communications Intern will work on the Internal Communications Team to support the company’s internal newsletters, email communications, and internal SharePoint platforms.Reports to: Compass One Healthcare Director of Internal CommunicationsResponsibilities:+ Support uploading and updating content on CCL, Morrison Healthcare, and Crothall Healthcare’s internal SharePoint platforms, which store company materials, documents, resources, and communications.+ Develop company internal newsletters.+ Write biographies for leadership.+ Collaborate to plan and create tools, resources, and communications for company celebration weeks (i.e., Chef Appreciation Week, Environmental Services Week, Foodservice Workers Week, etc.)+ Foster relationships with corporate support teams and key stakeholders (Human Resources, Training and Development, Culinary/Retail, Compass Group, etc.), to effectively communicate programs and initiatives.+ Support company webinars, company app, and other ad hoc projects as needed.Key Capabilities Include:+ Bachelor’s degree in communications or a related field preferred.+ Preferred 1 or more years combined experience as an intern in a corporate communications role and environment.+ Hybrid role with the option of being based in Atlanta, GA, Charlotte, NC, or Wayne/Philadelphia, PA.+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, etc.) and SharePoint experience preferred.+ Excellent written and verbal skills.+ Strong project management skills and ability to multi-task.+ Extreme attention to detail.+ Self-directed and proactive.+ Excellent presentation skills.Compass One Overview : Compass One Healthcare’s branded sectors, Morrison Healthcare (food and nutrition services), Crothall Healthcare (support services), TouchPoint Support Services (food and support services), and Compass Community Living Hospitality Group (food and support services for senior communities) provide exceptional expertise in 3500 hospital and health systems and senior communities in 46 states.
