DescriptionWe are the Fire TV Customer Retention Strategy team. Our team develops and leads the strategy for how we drive our top customer engagement KPIs across the business with primary focus on improving retention of Fire TV customers worldwide. We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager responsible for retaining and increasing lifetime value of customers in North America. You will own driving the definition, design, and development of customer lifecycle marketing programs for at-risk customers. You will play an integral role in defining strategy objectives, driving forward a solution approach and outcomes, and helping to shape the roadmap of partner teams. You will deliver evergreen lifecycle programs at-scale in close collaboration with cross functional business and product teams within Amazon. You must be able to lead projects forward in the face of ambiguity. Ability to learn our in-house CRM tools quickly is essential. We operate in a fast-paced environment and require someone with initiative who can meet deadlines, while remaining flexible, detail-oriented, and innovative.Key job responsibilities* Develops lifecycle marketing programs that improve at-risk customer retention and increase their lifetime value* Balances marketing, analytical thinking, and operations, along with an ability to work independently to deliver results in a highly visible role* Owns the development of customer segmentation based on tenure and engagement trends, and develops lifecycle strategy focused on at-risk customers* Partners with the data team to evolve how we segment target audiences, quantifies the retention opportunity at key customer lifecycle segments, and ensures that our offers and tactics are optimizing customer LTV* Collaborates cross-functionally with Demand Generation, Marketing, Product, Content, and Channel teams to develop and execute roadmap of lifecycle programs that retain our customers* Automates targeted marketing journeys across channels (email, on-device) using CRM tools* Develops learning agenda and utilizes A/B testing to optimize messaging, offer, placement, and creative in the US. Shares learnings with global teams and drives adoption of the lifecycle playbook globally* Tracks performance metrics, and provide regular reporting and analysis to measure the effectiveness of initiatives and identify areas for improvement* Conducts experiments to understand how companion devices (for e.g., soundbars) fit into the customer lifecycle* Investigates and tests other incentives (for e.g., digital credits) to use as promotional currency in lifecycle programs* Incorporates lifecycle tactics within the broader tentpole campaigns in partnership with the marketing teamsAbout the teamYou will join a team of PMMs working across the Fire TV organization to improve customer retention. The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
