**Job Description:****Job Summary**Responsible for the creation and delivery of tactical and strategic Benefits communications that drive team member awareness, engagement, and appreciation of total rewards. Role will also assist as subject matter expert and project manager for team member well-being Benefits and programs, including the Employee Assistance Program (EAP).**Job Responsibilities**+ Develops tactical and strategic communications on HR related issues pertaining to compensation or benefits as assigned.+ Assists in administering wellbeing benefits and programs, managing vendors and implementation.+ Utilizes various communications media to broaden awareness and appreciation of all benefits, compensation, and other HR offerings within the Walgreen family of companies.+ Develops and deploys legally compliant and persuasive messaging materials in advance of HR changes and other HR related news items affecting all employee groups.+ May lead the development and deployment of communications related to various aspects of compensation and benefits including open enrollment, benefit changes, new compensation or benefit program roll-outs, etc. ensuring the accuracy, readability, and ease of comprehension of the information. Prepares and conducts HR-related presentations.+ Interacts with outside vendors (e.g., graphic designers, web designers, print and fulfillment vendors) on HR team communication materials completion dates, quality issues, format, etc.+ Collaborates with other communications functions (e.g., Corporate Communications, etc.) to ensure consistent and accurate messaging and delivery.+ Works with legal counsel to ensure communications are compliant with all federal, state and local regulations.**About Walgreens and WBA**Walgreens www.walgreens.com is included in the U.S. Retail Pharmacy and U.S. Healthcare segments of Walgreens Boots Alliance, Inc.
