Prime Video Ads (PVA) is seeking to hire a Sr. Product Manager to join the Product Management team and drive our PVA policy program.Video advertising is rapidly evolving as customers shift their viewing experiences from traditional linear TV to streaming via connected devices. Prime Video is a rising player in this space. We have differentiated assets in terms of consumer experiences and audience insights against a breadth of exclusive content which positions us well for the long-term.As the Sr. Product Manager, PVA Policy you will partner with teams across Prime Video and Am Ads to represent PVA policy preference and provide recommendations that impact our global content polies. You will need to balance business requirements, brand implications, and customer experience.This position will be instrumental in changing how advertisers engage with consumers via streaming media around the world. Your work will be fast-paced, challenging, and varied. You'll also be able to experiment with new possibilities, take risks, and collaborate with remarkable people.Key job responsibilities• Serve as the primary point of contact and oversee the PVA policy program to inform go-to-market priorities and business approach.• Review existing policies, gathering inputs across stakeholders, and ensuring the PVA ads preference is incorporated into global ad policies for PV.• Work across multiple global organizations including product, sales, legal, and marketing to develop policy recommendations that impact the PVA business.• Manage PVA related customer escalations with regards to any policy considerations.• Provide regular program updates and share insights with stakeholders from all levels of the organization including directors and above.• Operate with autonomy, showing high judgment in decisions that impact PVA customer experience.Basic Qualifications- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience- 1+ years of end to end product delivery experience- Bachelor's degree or equivalent- Experience with product cycles of 6+ months- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition- Experience as a product manager or owner- Experience owning technology productsPreferred Qualifications- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholdersAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
