Organization Transformation can occur at the enterprise, business unit, or functional level, involves both employers and providers across the Human Capital ecosystem, and requires a combination of change management actions to execute the transformation.QualificationsRequired:+ 2+ years of experience with providing HR Communications support services to a federal sector client+ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future+ Must be able to obtain and maintain the required Public Trust clearance for this role+ Bachelor's DegreePreferred:+ Experience with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator+ Experience with PowerPoint and visualization/storytelling, including data visualizationThis position is for our Washington, D.C. office. We operate in a hybrid work environment, and Deloitte professionals are expected to collocate in the office or client sites up to 50% of the time.For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Washington, D.C., Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to Washington, D.C. and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
