Find out more at AVEVA Careers (veva.com/en/about/careers/) .****For more information about our privacy policy and how to manage cookies, visit our Privacy Policy (veva.com/content/dam/aveva/documents/recruitment/Recruitment-Candidate-Fair-Processing-Notice-AVEVA.pdf) .**We are seeking a dynamic and experienced B2B marketing leader who will be responsible for driving, implementing, and measuring regional Embedded partner marketing execution with OEM, MSPs and similar partner types, with the objective of amplifying AVEVA’s partner sourced pipeline generation efforts, accelerate deal cycles, and ultimately win business.The Partner Marketing team at AVEVA helps harness the power of our ecosystem partners to create market distinction, drive brand awareness, generate pipeline and bookings, supporting growth of the business.If you are creative and passionate about partners, love crafting innovative marketing experiences and can drive strategic initiatives aligned with shared goals, we have the perfect opportunity for you!**Responsibilities:**+ Design and implement a regional partner marketing strategy, aligned with and supporting AVEVA’s strategic plan and growth initiatives.+ Lead a team of regional partner marketing managers and guide the regional marketing teams to execute the strategic plan; focusing on driving pipeline generation & growth and new customer acquisition, enabling regional partner marketing teams to better support the regional partner sales teams on enablement objectives and increasing brand awareness for AVEVA.+ Track and measure the impact of the partner marketing initiativesusing well-defined metrics and KPIs; and optimize resources against outcomes and budget.+ Manage MDF budget and execution to plan; reviewing and approving quarterly/annual joint marketing plans; taking the MDF program to the next level.+ Raise the value of engagement with OEMs, MSPs, system integrators, and alliance partners to build partner preference and loyalty.+ Ensure global marketing programs and campaigns are ‘partner ready’ for deployment via channel partners; with a healthy mix of partner-led/joint in-person as well as virtual/digital marketing programs.+ Facilitate best practice sharing amongst partners through peer-to-peer connections; as well as guide them on innovative ways to do marketing.+ Work closely with key stakeholders across AVEVA’s partner ecosystem and drive cross functional collaboration with extended teams including Regional/Field Marketing and Sales to better plan and execute partner campaigns and initiatives.**Required Skill:**+ Knowledge of the partner ecosystems (sales & support, integration & service, solution providers, etc.) with an understanding of MDF programs+ Comfortable with regional executive interaction and stakeholder management and possess the ability to drive a regional vision with leadership within global frameworks.+ Understanding of demand, ROI and data-driven decision making Aware of the entire marketing mix and able to balance needs: AVEVA vs Partner.+ B2B marketing experience in hi-tech industry; with previous experience in partner marketing of 10+ years preferred.+ Ability to think strategically and understand how partner marketing and partners’ marketing efforts can best fit into the broader go to market plan.+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to navigate a complex organization and generate buy-in for ideas and plans.+ Strong work ethic, project management and organisational skills**Salary Range:**$155,400.00 - $259,000.00**This pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation that the position offers, and final compensation can vary within the range depending on work location, job experience, skills, and relevant educational attainment and/or training.****USA Benefits:** Competitive salary; high quality healthcare; 401(k) with 6% employer match; FSA and supplemental insurance; paid parental leave; 20 days PTO with increase for time served; 7 days of sick time; 3 days paid volunteering; flexible lifestyle benefits (commuter plans, backup care, emergency leave and fitness/education reimbursement opportunities)**AVEVA requires all successful applicants to undergo and pass a comprehensive background check before they start employment.
