We enable marketing initiatives by delivering lower funnel product assets (at scale) - seamless process, cost effective, agile, VIS ID aligned & of high quality.**About the Role**We are seeking an Operations Manager to join the HP Studio team. The Operations Manager will oversee the management of external resource planning, monitor project processes, timelines, and costs to ensure optimal efficiency and effectiveness. They will have responsibility of ensuring we have the right tools and systems integrated and deployed to enable the success of our brand, pm and design teams. The operations manager will lead a small team that drives data management, reporting and centralized knowledge sharing. This role requires excellent leadership and management skills to inspire and guide the team in delivering the best solutions to our stakeholders.**What you'll be doing:**+ **SOP Ownership:** Take full responsibility for the development, implementation, and maintenance of the standard operating procedures (SOPs). Ensure all SOPs are updated, well-documented, and actively shared with the team.+ **Resource Planning:** Oversee resource planning both internally and external , ensuring that our project workload has the necessary resources and personnel to meet its requirements. This includes partnering with leadership in planning for future resource needs.+ **Centralized Knowledge Base:** Manage the development of, updating and availability of centralized knowledge base across the team through the SharePoint Infrastructure. Develop and implement communication plans for updates on critical content to the team.+ **Time and Cost Monitoring:** Support the monitoring and control the time and cost of resources as it relates to quarterly project load. Ensuring that proposed growth ties to existing demand. Proactively flag any potential overruns and address with leadership team.+ **Leadership and Management of Fulfillment Team:** Lead, manage, and inspire the operations team. Foster a supportive and collaborative environment.
