You will be responsible for leading the development of original social video content for Tik-Tok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts. This includes ideating original content; managing creative and production processes; managing the Tik-Tok Influencer Program, serving as client lead on shoots; and trend-mapping in coordination with our Global Media team. You will also plug in to key brand campaigns and support the execution of digital activations around brand moments throughout the year. This content strategist will work alongside the other Lead, Content Strategy roles for overseeing editorial programming of our global social handles who are responsible for always-on engagement with our social audiences.**About You:**You have a strong POV and are an expert in vertical video platforms such as TikTok, Snapchat and Instagram Reels. You possess extensive knowledge of the latest trends, adeptly create content for each platform, understand the publishing process, and utilize metrics for content optimization. Additionally, you closely follow all major sports, engaging in podcasts, message boards, and consuming various forms of basketball and football -related content in your free time.**Your Impact**+ Oversee and lead Under Armour’s strategy on TikTok, YT Shorts and Instagram Reels which includes managing content planning for daily publishing, in addition to vertical video platform trends.+ Utilizing metrics and data-driven insights to optimize and sustain UA's content strategy.+ Observing platform trends and brand performance to inform content decisions for UA's accounts.+ Creating strategies for utilizing platform-specific tools beyond regular content management.+ Work in partnership with social category Leads for UA Basketball and UA Football, to create social moments for the high school athlete at UA sponsored camps/events.+ In partnership with Operations teams for relevant content, Lead the on-site social content capture and post production of athlete specific content for Instagram Reels, YT Shorts and TikTok to ensure creative vision is met during production decisions.+ Manage social specific Influencer Program for assigned platforms by identifying new creators and creating programs to fit them into relevant content.+ Manage content planning, publishing and publishing calendar for TikTok, YT Shorts and IG Reels, ensuring calendar is kept up-to-date.+ Manage creative agencies, designers, producers, and videographers, in partnership with our Creative and Operations teams, for relevant content. Serve as client lead on relevant shoots.+ Track macro trends in social and digital space and among competitors and bring a point of view to Under Armour on areas for piloting initiatives.+ Advise on regional strategy for content usage and media planning in coordination with the Global Media team.+ Support regular reporting to track content performance against defined KPIs and implement learnings to optimize content.**Qualifications**+ Possesses expert-level knowledge of sports like the NBA, NFL, College Sports, and more.+ Passionate about the captivating narratives surrounding players, coaches, teams, statistics, standings, and league history. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
