If you’re looking to fill your glass with opportunity, come join our FAMILY.**Overview**The Digital Assistant Product Leader (APL) – Digital Content will primarily assist the Product Leader in creating the portal for supplier digital content intake and managing the digital Content Hub utilized by internal customers f for various marketing needs. The APL will assist the Product Leader and work closely with their lead counterparts in design, software engineering, and agile orchestration to maximize the value we create for users and the enterprise with the digital product team. This individual will be focused on developing a supplier-facing portal for the digital content intake process for faster and more accurate digital content submissions and further delivery of such content to various end users like SG Proof, My SG, etc. In addition, this role will assist with developing the digital Content Hub that serves as a source of digital content for various internal customers like Trade Developers, Marketing and Sales teams. This role reports to the Digital Product Leader – Digital Content Services, who is accountable for the digital content intake, syndication, and digital content hub.**Primary Responsibilities**+ Assist the Product Leader holistically in owning the portal for supplier digital content intake and digital Content Hub, including vision, roadmap, prioritization, cross-functional collaboration, story and tool administration, delivery, support, and other product lifecycle activities.+ Develop a deep understanding of our users’ core needs and problems and utilize that knowledge to contribute to the product vision and overall strategy.+ Drive delivery of solutions with all involved teams beyond antiquated thinking in terms of “business” or “technology.” We are one.+ Assist and lead, when required, the end-to-end implementation of the digital product while managing risks, driving adoption, and reducing reliance on legacy tools over time.+ Running pilots, proving value and viability, and influencing buy-in to invest in the products.+ Drive the highest possible adoption of these capabilities by translating the product vision into actionable epics and user stories, with a focus on seamless omnichannel experiences and real-time product/pricing strategies.+ Partner in monitoring and analyzing the Digital Content Product and Experience adoption, successful outcomes, and user satisfaction.+ Communicating priorities, progress, and changes to internal and external stakeholders.**Additional Primary Responsibilities**+ Partner with the Product Leader and Scrum Master to establish best practices and standards in internal delivery and customer engagement, utilizing agile methodologies to build internal efficiencies and scalable tech development.+ Ensure the whole team focuses on OKRs and user experience over specific technologies, prioritizing tech-agnostic solutions.+ Assist the Product Leader in tracking and reporting measurable outcomes, linking those to the relevant company objectives.+ Assist and lead, when required, the end-to-end implementation of the digital product while managing risks, driving adoption, and reducing reliance on legacy tools over time+ Running pilots, proving value and viability, and influencing buy-in to invest in the products.+ Drive highest possible adoption of these capabilities by translating the product vision into actionable epics and user stories, with a focus on seamless omni-channel experiences and real-time product/pricing strategies.+ Partner in monitoring and analyzing the Search Product and Experience adoption, successful outcomes, and user satisfaction.**Minimum Qualifications**+ Prior experience creating new digital products that succeed in satisfying the users‘ needs and optimizing existing digital products to increase adoption, utilization, etc...+ In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies that best suit the Digital Content Products & Experiences+ Experience with agile development teams and workflows within JIRA or similar systems.+ Experience working in a federated model with product teams' use of digital and data platforms across proprietary data, software, and commercially off-the-shelf software as part of the enterprise architecture standards.+ Strong data-driven decision-making capabilities+ Effective communication skills, especially in translating complex design ideas to non-design stakeholders.+ Collaborative mindset with a focus on cross-functional partnerships.+ Empathetic approach to user needs and challenges.**Physical Demands**+ Physical demands include a considerable amount of time sitting and typing/keyboarding, using a computer (e.g., keyboard, mouse, and monitor), or adding machine+ Physical demands with activity or condition may include walking, bending, reaching, standing, squatting, and stooping+ May require occasional lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 20lbs**EEO Statement**Southern Glazer's Wine and Spirits, an Affirmative Action/EEO employer, prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type and provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.
