Join us as our newest **_Ad Operations_** **_Manager_** and help change the world of real estate, one home at a time.**What you’ll do:**+ Technical implementation of ads and third-party tracking URLs in Google Ad Manager and/or Facebook+ Review and validate that all digital assets meet technical specifications+ QA and validate ad functionality prior to activation+ Troubleshoot and resolve technical ad issues+ Investigate and resolve third-party reporting discrepancies+ Perform regular audits to ensure accurate campaign execution+ Special projects as assigned**How we work**We balance creativity and innovation on a foundation of in-person collaboration. This is a hybrid role based in Austin, Texas.**What you’ll bring:**+ BA/BS degree+ 2+ years experience using Google Ad Manager (or other ad server), either at a publisher or agency+ 1+ years experience using ticketing systems (e.g. Salesforce.com, JIRA)+ Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g. formulas, vlookups, pivot tables)+ Proficient in Google G Suite (e.g. Gmail, Slides, Sheets, Docs, etc.)+ Familiarity with basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript a plus+ Photoshop experience a plus**Do the best work of your life at Realtor.com®**Here, you’ll partner with a diverse team of experts as you use leading-edge tech to empower everyone to meet a crucial goal: finding their way home.
