DescriptionIT Communications is seeking a curious, self-motivated, and creative communications professional and team lead who is looking to apply their skills and experience in innovative ways. In this role, you will manage the strategy of communications driving IT content to help Amazon employees keep pace with the changing hardware, software, and policy needs of the company. This is an opportunity for a creative, dynamic, and results-driven communications professional to add significant value to Amazon IT.Key job responsibilities- Develop and manage content and communications strategy for complex programs- Proactively build and manage relationships with key internal stakeholders across a range of businesses and geographies to support new and existing products, features, and services- Provide expert internal communications counsel to diverse groups within the organization across geographies- Track and report content effectiveness metrics to internal stakeholders, as well as continually monitor, analyze, and tune messaging to maximize impact- Identify emerging topics and develop proactive plans with stakeholders, including crafting content as neededBasic Qualifications- 5+ years of program or project management experience- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadershipPreferred Qualifications- 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field- 5+ years of leading large complex programs experience- Excellent writing and verbal communications skillsAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
