**Work Schedule**Standard (Mon-Fri)**Environmental Conditions**Office**Job Description****Digital Content Systems Specialist**United States, East Coast preferredUppsala, Sweden may also be consideredAs the Digital Content Systems Specialist, you will have a crucial role in ensuring seamless site experiences for our customers around the globe. Your primary responsibilities will involve:+ Using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to choose templates, components, and modules required for constructing site pages.+ Publishing and deploying pages to applicable nodes within AEM.+ Incorporating images, video, SEO metadata, and tagging to optimize content.+ Incorporating brand guidelines and incorporating input from teams across regions and globally.+ Collaborating with cross-functional teams including digital strategists, developers, and regional marketers to meet business requirements and achieve marketing objectives.+ Implementing effective UI/UX techniques, SEO strategies, and content governance guidelines.+ Supporting content management and publishing across headless and headful systems.+ Providing clear and timely communications regarding project status and requirements.+ Working closely with the Digital Product Manager to improve website experiences and troubleshoot technical issues.+ Managing asset libraries and content request ticketing systems.+ Conducting CRO testing and implementing optimizations.+ Developing and detailing workflows and processes.+ Providing QA support for projects and code improvements.+ Facilitating training and documentation for regional authors.+ Collaborating with the web development team to integrate new features and resolve any problems encountered with the current web interface.**Job Requirements**To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:+ A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.+ Proven experience in content authoring and management.+ Certification or training in AEM is a plus.+ Proficiency in authoring pages within AEM v6.0 or higher.+ Experience with enterprise-level site authoring and large framework environments.+ Familiarity with Adobe Audience Manager and Adobe Target for personalization.+ Ability to troubleshoot front-end functionality issues.+ Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.+ Capacity to manage multiple projects efficiently and effectively.+ Competence in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, for image editing.+ Ability to clearly connect with a primarily English-speaking team.+ Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.+ Experience with Jira, Adobe Marketing Cloud, and Adobe Target.+ Understanding of AEM adapter for page translation.+ Ability to configure AEM components and manage asset metadata.+ Familiarity with AEM workflows and reusable components.+ Proficiency in Adobe Digital Asset Manager.Join our team and contribute to our ambitious mission of making the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.
