Carollo’s vision is to be the BEST water consulting firm and you’ll find that Carollo is also the best place for you to build your career.**Responsibilities**+ Assists and collaborates with office managers and pursuit leaders on marketing and business development efforts+ Leads professional, well planned, and energetic business development efforts for SOQs, proposals, and interviews+ Undertakes research, writing, and editing of non-technical proposal sections+ Manages production of deliverables associated with these efforts in conformance with company standards+ Understands Client Account Analysis process and facilitates project-specific CAAs+ Provides content for proposals and general business development support to facilitate regular client contact by CSMs, project managers, and technical practice representatives+ Assists in the daily maintenance of the company business development database**Qualifications**+ 4-8 years of experience in marketing+ Bacholar's Degree in Marketing or related field+ Proficient in Microsoft Word+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills+ Excellent organizational skills+ Knowledge of industry, sales and marketing process**Preferred Qualifications**+ Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and InDesign+ Previous A/E/C or proposal coordination experience preferred.**Pay Range**$48.00 to $55.00 per hour. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future.
