You will be required to be at the client site 2-3 days/week.**Your future duties and responsibilities:**How you ll make an impact:• Work with Developers, Engineers, Managers and SMEs to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product, documentation requirements and data analytics.• Produce a wide range of documentation that meets applicable standards.• Develop technical and user documentation.• Document solution designs, concept of operations, implementation plans, Knowledge Base articles, FAQs, training materials and governance documents.• Support accurate and timely documentation for systems engineering lifecycle (SELC).• Evaluate existing and potential content with focus on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities to increase efficiency.**Required qualifications to be successful in this role:**What you will bring:• Bachelor's degree• Experience supporting clients as a Technical Writer.• PPA (Procedure Professionals Association) certification is a must• Familiarity with Software Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) tasks.• Experience writing documentation and procedural materials for varied audiences.• Attention to detail coupled with effective analytical and problem-solving aptitude.• Ability to work in a matrixed team environment and perform functional analysis to identify cross-relationships between requirements and identify appropriate resources to provide input.• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.• Strong communication skills\#LI-SG2\#DICECGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
