We succeed when we help our customers grow their business leveraging our solutions.The Business Marketing Technology team sits at the intersection of business, technology and operations, helping realize the vision and strategy of Marketers by designing and implementing technologies that will drive efficiency and performance at scale. Marketing Technology is aligned to bottom line business goals and understands technology ecosystems/platforms, allowing the team to prioritize solutions, articulate business requirements and work with cross functional partners to deliver on execution and measurable results. We are seeking a Marketing Technology Manager to drive the advancement and execution of marketing technology transformation efforts. The ideal candidate will work closely with Marketing teams to unlock capabilities that enable their business goals, leveraging their passion for both marketing and technology. As an expert in the business, data, platforms, and processes used to deliver marketing, the Marketing Technology Manager will help evolve marketing efforts and vision for the future while also supporting the challenges of today. This role requires a strong balance between tactical and strategic approaches to problem-solving and issue resolution, as well as the ability to deliver end-to-end solutions by coordinating and influencing technical and business stakeholders towards a common measurable goal. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to interact with and learn from teams across Meta, building a horizontal knowledge of the business.**Required Skills:**Marketing Technology Manager, Business Marketing Responsibilities:1. Lead execution of Marketing Technology projects end-to-end depending on priorities.2. Drive solutions, requirements and identify opportunities for use cases.3. Troubleshoot issues with cross-functional teams and drive resolution to minimize business impact.4. Develop relationship with key marketing XFNs and capture their needs, requirements and challenges that can be solved through technology.5. Partner with Marketers, Engineers, Analytical Partners and Privacy/legal as key Business Marketing POC to advance our Marketing Technology transformation efforts.6. Centralize roadmaps and Marketing Technology documentation for team7. Drive change management and Marketing Technology education across the organization8. Centralize Marketing Technology budget tracking and rhythms of business for the team9. Work in a fast-paced, often ambiguous and cross-functional environment to do all of the above**Minimum Qualifications:**Minimum Qualifications:10. 5+ years experience with product management or marketing/advertising technology11. Experience working directly with Marketing, Product, Engineering and Operations teams to provide business cases & requirements12. Experience launching or driving adoption of products, demonstrating knowledge of customer needs13. Experience with operational processes and issue management and resolution14. Experience with digital marketing channels (Email, Facebook Ads, Display, Onsite Merchandising, etc.)15. Experience with an enterprise-scale sales or marketing automation platform (Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Hubspot, Marketo, Adobe Marketing Cloud, etc.)**Preferred Qualifications:**Preferred Qualifications:16.
