Digital Designer - Hybrid_

**GENERAL PURPOSE**Responsible in creating digitals designs for multi-media communications, such as collaterals, websites, social media and marketing materials within a client’s brand standards**ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES**+ Develop and design new creative concepts for various clients, including but not limited to: print collateral, brand and product related ads, brochures, logos, direct mail, web pages and video graphical elements+ Responsible for design to project completion.+ Interpret the appropriate creative using direction given and develop layouts in collaboration with account manager(s), art director(s), copywriter(s) and design peers+ Collaborate with other team members on design projects; adhering to project schedules and coordinating with other departments/vendors to create project deliverables+ Generate comps, layouts and final mechanicals while maintaining client’s brand standards and any third-party standards.+ Work directly with internal team to ensure content quality, accuracy, timeliness, appropriateness and adherence to company specifications+ Maintain and develop competency and awareness in the latest design trends and production techniques.+ Maintain knowledge of graphic design principles and digital/print production processes.+ Proof artwork and preflight files for release into production.+ Produce final files that image properly to print specifications.+ Conduct interviews and gather information to help better understand the brand objectivesThe benefit plans listed represent all available options.
