Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it.As the **Global Digital Marketing Manager** for Caterpillar’s Building Construction Product (BCP) division, you will direct business unit usage of Caterpillar’s marketing technology stack to support regional marcom teams in the execution of customer-facing strategic marketing campaigns and reporting. These campaigns include product marketing, advertising/promotions, display/SEM, tradeshows, customer events and PR.You will partner with Cat Marketing & Brand, Cat Digital, Regional DSDs and worldwide dealers to ensure BCP digital marketing and reporting requirements are met to enable these campaigns to drive leads, opportunities, and sales to new customers. Additionally, you will be responsible for leading the creation and implementation of a global marketing campaign reporting strategy to align day-to-day activities with annual targets, aligned with the BCP Marketing Vision.As a leader, you will create and drive marketing strategies and operational processes that drive execution of campaigns with higher lead quantity and quality. Also core to this role is the driving the vision and execution of the Equipment Online program (Shop Program), which is core to the retail strategy.**What You Will Do:**+ Leads and coaches the BCP Global Digital Marketing & Analytics team.+ Directs global use of Caterpillar’s marketing technology stack (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CRMi, Adobe Experience Manager, etc.).+ Owns the Equipment Online program, including the shop.cat.com platform.+ Delivers the enhanced Shop program with internal partners, product groups, and dealers.+ Supports relationships with 3rd party media agencies and digital media strategy.+ Ensures efficient media programs by analyzing and optimizing KPIs (CPA, CPL, CTR, SoV).+ Deploys and manages Salesforce Marketing Cloud programs globally.+ Leads cat.com strategy focusing on retail customer experience.+ Drives global marketing analytics strategy, reporting on goals and KPIs.+ Consults with regional marketing teams to leverage marketing technology.+ Manages a multimillion-dollar budget for internal and external suppliers.**What You Will Have:**+ **Decision Making and Critical Thinking:** Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.+ **Effective Communications:** Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.+ **Problem Solving** : Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.+ **Organizational Leadership:** Knowledge of leadership concepts and ability to use strategies and skills to enlist others in setting, embracing and achieving objectives.+ **Customer Interaction:** Knowledge of the principles and techniques of communicating with a customer; ability to utilize tools and techniques for customer interaction.+ **Software Release Management:** Knowledge of strategies, practices and tools for managing versions and distribution of software products and enhancements; ability to evaluate and improve release management practices and tools.+ **Software Reliability Management:** Knowledge of software reliability management; ability to develop and use principles, methodologies and metrics that increase software product performance and reliability.**What Will Set You Apart:**+ Previous experience leading a team+ Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field+ Experience working with digital marketing platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Manager, Percolate or similar**Additional Info:**+ Work Locations: Cary, NC+ Caterpillar operates in a hybrid work environment, requiring 3 days per week of onsite work+ Travel up to 25%+ Domestic relocation assistance is available+ Visa Sponsorship is **not** available.+ ISE is **not** available**How We Support You (Employee Benefits)****Our goal at Caterpillar is for you to have a rewarding career.
