UX Designer_

Job Description* Work independently to solve open-ended questions.* Conduct UX research, interviews, and workshops.* Develop conceptual diagrams, wireframes, workflows, visual mockups, and clickable prototypes.* Test hypotheses through usability testing and participate in design critique.* Design data visualizations, charts, tables, and other interactive dashboard elements that communicate information clearly and quickly.* Establish a UX/UI design system, process, and methodology.* Create a unified style guide to be used across digital product.* Present design work to internal and client teams for review.* Develop sketches, prototypes, and spec work for pitch / new business opportunities.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
