We believe that by cultivating a work environment that encourages personal and professional growth, enjoyment, and inspiration, we can achieve great things together.Join us at Bosch Mobility Aftermarket and help us shape the future of mobility!**Job Description**+ Collaborate closely with marketing and data management team to ensure quality and accuracy of catalog data.+ Support catalog production process owner in realizing overall catalog production digitization+ Research features and attributes of vehicles in the US, Canada and Mexico.+ Creating and maintaining accurate vehicle information+ Sourcing, validating and updating vehicle population data+ Calculating market coverage and identifying application gaps+ Gathering, validating and maintaining product application information from internal and external sources+ Lead data management quality review process including KPI reporting+ Ensure all relevant associates trained including cross functions and ensured process is followed at all times.+ Lead VitAA Administrator (Bosch product life cycle management platform) for Bosch Mobility Aftermarket North America, and ensure FAQs and helpful tips are provided+ Utilize entrepreneurial spirit to recommend and implement solutions for process improvement and efficiency.+ Manage department processes and prepare for audits+ Lead cross-functional team(s) by providing functional support and guidance to implement projects.**Qualifications**+ Bachelors degree in marketing, business, automotive technology or management+ 3-7 years of experience in related field+ Advanced Scrum and/or Agile Methodology background+ Comprehensive knowledge of marketing concepts.+ Experience with Microsoft Office Products+ Excellent analytical skills - Analytics software experience; Power BI preferred.+ Problem-solving attitude+ Ability to work independently and able to deliver results with minimal direction+ Excellent verbal, written, presentation and platform communication skills+ Demonstrated problem-solving skills+ A self-starter, highly motivated and capable of working in a dynamic environment**Indefinite U.S. work authorized individuals only.
